Purchased this item and truely LOVE it.
It's the best one I've ever had and I've had several. After about six months, a seam ripped and, while it is warranted, the fact that I have to ship it back for "repair" instead of simply cross-shipping a replacement rates as POOR in my book for customer service. I wouldn't be as bothered by this if it weren't under a year old. |
