If you have to return this case for repair during the warranty period, DO NOT tell them it was damaged during airline travel. Their warranty states that it does not cover "common carrier damage."

The case is great but one of the snaps has pulled out and while getting off a escalator at the airport the telescoping handle completely broke off and cannot find a replacement in town. Will have to try to send it back to the company for repair.

This is a very good bag--holds everything, travels well, and dual laptop access is excellent. However, the velcro-closure sleeve to hold laptop does not wear well; it shreds away at the stitching. The handle for the rolling action [which is excellent] is not stable or strong; I have broken it by lifting only the handle itself; repairs require shipping back and waiting for some time. The bag fits well in non-aisle seats on full size planes and in the full size overhead; it does not fit on regional jets or smaller under the seat or in the overhead.
