I ordered this bag one month ago, and it has already been on several trips. The insulated section is perfected sized for our family of five. It's roomy enough to hold 3 mini sports top water bottles plus one 24 oz. sports top water bottle (upright!) plus 5 sandwiches, a cube plastic storage container, snacks and crackers. We've filled the insulated bottom with cans of soda, water bottles, and juice packs, and the top with snacks, chips, etc. Even with this weight, the straps are comfortable to wear. So far the quality of workmanship seems good and sturdy. Seems like it will last a long time. BagsForMe shipped this bag very quickly, too. I recommend both the product and the site!
