I've had my Clava American backpack for three months and I love it as much now as the day it arrived. This bag takes a beating every single day and it holds up great! Your customer service is second to none- imagine my surprise when I came home and saw that the bag had been delivered a day and half after I ordered it! Thanks, we'll be back!
