Very pleased with the looks and usefulness of this bag. I was looking for something more protective than a soft bag but better looking than a typical rectangular briefcase. The stitching is nice and all the hardware has the "Cutter & Buck" insignia. Access is by a zipper on top of the bag that unzips completely to allow plent of play to get your computer in and out of the bag. There is a protective pocket in the bag for a laptop computer. Also, there are two open pouch-type pockets for accessories and a couple of pen slots and business card slots. There is a separate divider for letter size files and and open middle area for accessories. My computer is approximately 13"x9"x2" and fits snuggly in the padded area, it would probably stretch a little for a larger computer, but not much larger. Love the top access into the bag and the exterior pockets for items such as a newpaper. The bag comes with a nylon strap with a padded leather shoulder area, but I prefer carrying by the comfortable handles. The interior of the bag also has a houndstooth design to the material.

Overall, I am very pleased with the bag for everyday commuting back and forth to the office. It provides very good protection not only by the padded interior pouch but also the hard leather sides. The only negative to the bag is that it does not have a lock, but that is something I found I never really used on other bags I owned.
