No-Hassle Returns!

At BagsForMe.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so we offer a 30-day No-Hassle Return Policy so you can be sure you've got the right bag for you. We do not, however, accept returns of used merchandise.

We offer 2 choices for you when returning your Bag:

BagsForMe.com will pay for the return shipping costs of your bag if you exchange it for another item or accept an online store credit at BagsForMe.com for future orders. Please call our Customer Service Department for more information - 888-420-2247.

Or... Simply return the bag by following the procedure outline below.

Here's the process to return your Bag:

Within 30 days of date of purchase, your merchandise may be returned by requesting a return authorization number from BagsForMe.com Customer Service by calling 1-888-420-2247 or by emailing customerservice@bagsforme.com.  Merchandise must be unused, in brand new condition, tags attached and in original packaging.  Merchandise must be returned via carrier with tracking supplied such as UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS.  Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.  Credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of merchandise.

Important Details:

• BagsForMe.com WILL NOT accept returns of used merchandise.

• You will receive credit for the price of the bag and any taxes, but not for the original shipping costs.

•There is NO restocking fee charged on returns.

• We will charge a 15% restocking fee if the order is not returned in its original packaging.

• Due to variations in administrative practices of credit card companies, please allow up to two full billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

• Return shipments that do not meet the above criteria or that have been shipped without the required return authorization will be refused and returned, with no credit issued to your account.

• BagsForMe.com will not process a refund or exchange if the return request has not been submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

•Any defective items must be returned within 30 days of order date unused.

•All used items requiring repairs must be handled through the manufacturer.
