"I had intended on commenting to your website how impressed I was with the original service on my original order.  I ordered the bag on Wednesday, 11/22/06 (the day before Thanksgiving) and the bag was delivered via UPS on Friday! the day after Thanksgiving.  Obviously the bag was drop shipped from the Orlando Naneu Pro offices but none-the-less, that is as fast as service can be provided! (and speaks very highly to how well BagsForMe and Naneu Pro coordinate on orders/shipping.) The bag I ordered was excellent in construction and quality, but turned out not to be functionally designed and accessible to equipment as I had hoped.  It's not anyone's fault, but I'm pleased with BagsForMe's responsive customer service. "I placed an online order for my boss. My web browser hiccuped and I got a page that said my order had not been processed, so I placed the same order a second time. My boss then received two "order received" emails.
Oops! Two bags! Because we are on the west coast, I'd have to wait until the next day to try to cancel the extra order. The next morning, I called the customer service number and a real human, not a recording answered the phone. I explained what had happend and she immediately replied that she caught the duplicate order and had canceled one of them and gave me the order number of the canceled transaction. "The customer service was amazing and quick. I made the mistake of ordering the same item twice (duplicate order). The phone was answered after the FIRST ring. The representative was pleasant and very helpful. They ensured that my duplicate order would only be processed once. In addition, after I received the bag (within one week of ordering it), I realized I made the mistake of ordering the wrong one. I called bagsforme.com and again, and again answered on the FIRST ring. (I was so excited that I did not have to go through voicemail hell). They told me all I needed to do was to ship the bag back to his company and they would refund my money. I just have to cover the cost of shipping, which is reasonable in my opinion. They then showed me where the clearance section was on the website and figured out exactly what bag I needed based on my requirements. All in all, this was the BEST ONLINE SHOPPING experience I have ever had. Quick service, quick delivery, personable representative. This is the only place I'll shop for bags!!! - Jeanne
