Monica
Botkier was born in Brooklyn and has been a fashion photographer
in NYC for several years. She has always been bag obsessed. Shooting
for magazines such as The Fader, Surface, Nylon, Mademoiselle, Fitness,
and Seventeen as well as clients like Triple 5 Soul, and Tony&Tina.
Having experienced scores of handbags Monica was always searching
for the perfect one. She finally decided to create her own. Looking
for a designer bag that actually worked, allowing easy access while
focusing on style and detail, the ’Botkier Trigger Bag’ was born.
Originally Monica
set out to make the handbag of her dreams for herself. The attention
from friends, fashion editors, and models inspired her to share
the dream. Unique leathers and hardware make the ‘Botkier Trigger
Bag’ truly different and fun as well as functional. There are hidden
pockets, tassels, and buckles to play with. This is the designer
bag for everyday and night. You can pack it full and it’s still
