PAYMENTS
Each calendar
month BagsForMe.com affiliates will receive a check for commissions
earned during the previous month. Affiliate payments are calculated
at a rate of 8% of each sale referred. The Sale Price is the price
a customer pays for an item, not including shipping or tax.
Approximately
30 days after the end of each calendar month, BagsForMe.com will
send each affiliate a check for the commissions earned during that
month. If an affiliate's commission does not exceed $25 USD, BagsForMe.com
reserves the right to withhold payment until such time as such affiliate's
aggregate commissions exceed $25 USD.
How
the Program Works
You place a
BagsForMe.com link (banner, logo, text, or product link) on your
website. When a visitor to your website clicks on the link, that
visitor will connect directly to the BagsForMe.com page that corresponds
to your link. You can link to any page on the BagsForMe.com site,
which helps a great deal if you want to use very effective text
linking in the content of your site. Every purchase made through
the links on your site is tracked and recorded. And of course, you
receive a commission for every purchase! BagsForMe.com will create
the transaction, process the order and ship the product(s) directly
to your customer. We will also provide you with detailed reports
on the traffic and commissions generated by your website. BagsForMe.com
will send you a check every month for commissions earned during
the previous month.
Our
Approach
At BagsForMe.com
we realize that an effective affiliate sales force is the key to
being successful in ecommerce. Many short-sighted companies do not
see the forest for the trees, and they do not approach their affiliate
marketing channel with the professionalism and integrity that top
affiliates demand. We're a small company and we're slowly building
a solid, in-house affiliate program that will make you money. We
appreciate and recognize the value of the feedback we receive from
our affiliate partners. We make sure that all affiliate sales are
tracked to the absolute best of our ability and we do not tolerate
affiliates who use Parasiteware or any unscrupulous mechanism designed
to steal sales from other hard-working affiliates.

Although we do not reverse commissions for returns or chargebacks,
we do have to cancel orders sometimes because the customer requests
it or because we run out of stock on a particular item. In this
case the sale is not actually made, and we reserve the right to
retract the commission awarded on canceled sales. We do, however,
make every effort to keep inventory and our site content up to date.
